Condiții de Garanție

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is a period of quality assurance that the manufacturer guarantees to the buyer. During the warranty, if the purchased product is defective, it will be repaired on the spot, and if repair is not possible, then the product is replaced with another one, without the buyer having to pay an additional amount.

The warranty of a product is established by the manufacturer, as he knows best the quality of the materials from which the product was made. Usually, each warranty covers the quality of the product, but also the labor required to repair it in the event of a malfunction.

A product warranty can be technical, also called commercial or a guarantee of conformity.

In the technical warranty, the duration is set by the manufacturer and may contain the manufacturer's own conditions. Once accepted by the customers, the warranty becomes a contract and can no longer be denied by the merchant.

The warranty of conformity is issued by the seller in accordance with the laws in force and can be for a maximum of two years. In this warranty, the seller assures the buyer that the product sold complies with the specifications that he has committed to selling.

PF and PJ guarantee

In the case of PF (individuals), the warranty of a product is two years, while for PJ (legal entities) the warranty is only one year.

How is the guarantee granted?

The warranty of a product is mandatory, and is based on the fiscal receipt and a warranty certificate. This certificate will include the following data about the product:

-product identification elements;

-average duration of use;

-warranty period;

- the warranty insurance methods - maintenance, repair, replacement and the deadline for their implementation, including the name and address of the seller and the specialized service unit.

This certificate also contains various mentions regarding the consumer's rights conferred by law and certifies that these rights are not affected by the respective guarantee.
