SC ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. assumes the right to be able to modify these provisions, as well as the website www.alessandrodesign.ro and its structure or to be able to make any other changes that could affect the site, without requiring any prior notification to users in this regard.

Responsibility

SC ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. will comply with the provisions of Law 51/2003 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, which gives the Buyer (only under the conditions of the mentioned normative act) the right, within 10 days, to unilaterally terminate the Contract, and to receive within 30 days of the unilateral termination in writing (document signed by the Buyer and sent electronically or by mail with confirmation of receipt) the price of the Contract, conditional on the return of the Goods and Services. SC ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. has the right that when it considers that the actions of the Buyer were with bad intention to request damages to the Buyer, under the terms of the law.

Applicable law, Litigation

By using (visiting or purchasing products) the site, the user agrees that Romanian Laws will govern the above Conditions and Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and S.C. ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. and its partners. In case of any conflicts between S.C. ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. and its customers, an amicable resolution will be attempted first. If an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court, in accordance with Romanian laws in force.

Pricing Policy

Product prices are those displayed for each individual product and are updated daily. The prices shown include VAT. Products can be purchased within the limits of available stock. Prices, offers, stock status, specifications and images are subject to change without notice and do not create a contractual obligation on the part of S.C. ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L.

The products sold through www.alessandrodesign.ro are new, in the manufacturer's original packaging, and at the time of delivery are accompanied by a tax invoice and, if applicable, a warranty certificate.

Products can be returned in the following cases: You received another product / other products: If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible, so that the product can be returned and replaced with the one you ordered. Transportation expenses (round trip) will be borne by S.C. ATLANTIC LOGISTIC CONCEPT S.R.L. In this case, we will collect the incorrect product from you in the first instance, and the correct product will be re-shipped to you once we receive back the product originally sent.

The delivered goods show visible damage: If the received goods show visible damage, you have the right to refuse receipt; in this case, please notify us immediately so that we can proceed to send another product (same type as the one ordered), in which case the delivery term will be extended by the time required to process an order. Complaints of this type are only considered within the first 72 hours of receiving the package. After this term, complaints will not be considered, except for the cases defined in Law no. 449/2003. If you have received a damaged product, we will collect the product from you via courier service and another product (of the same type) will be sent back to you once the damaged product reaches us.

You want to return the product for other reasons: According to Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts (including subsequent amendments): The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 para. (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day they take physical possession of the product. In this case, the return costs are borne by the consumer.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, if possible in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents. Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions are not accepted for return.

Purchases made in the store do not benefit from the right of return (withdrawal from the contract) according to GEO 34/2014. Legal entities do not have the right of return regardless of the method of purchase (online order, delivery or pickup from the store). For products purchased from the store or online that are defective at the time of delivery (reception), the customer must notify Alessandro Design in writing within 72 hours of product delivery. Any subsequent notification will be processed according to the warranty provisions. For parcels with visible damage to the packaging upon delivery by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the package will be photographed and a report will be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company in which the state of the package will be specified.

Contracts whose object is the supply of categories of products listed in art. 16 of OG 34/2014 cannot be denounced

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer informs the supplier about the decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the return form. Within 48 working hours of sending the notification, the buyer will receive by e-mail the registration number and details of the submitted request.

Products ineligible for return

- Products that may endanger the health of the consumer: personal care products, hair brushes, toothbrushes, sterilizers, etc.
- Products made to order, customized for a specific customer, etc.
- Consumable products: The products in the following categories are considered consumables and cannot be returned: Light bulbs, LED bulbs, Led strips, Ceramic cartridges, Gaskets and seals, Cartridges for water filters, Flexible connections, Shower heads, Handles for sanitary faucets.

Special costs and fees for opting out of purchase

Costs borne by the buyer:

• Return and courier costs for the product if the buyer cancels the purchase of the product within 14 days of receiving the product. (Art. 14 point 2)
• If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, a return to original condition fee will be charged (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product to the customer at the customer's expense. (Art. 14 point 3)

Costs borne by the seller:

• Product that does not comply with the main specifications in the seller's offer.
• Non-functional product within the first 72 hours of receipt or parcels showing damage upon receipt. (Note: Only if the defect is reported within the first 72 hours!)

Reimbursement of amounts

The refund of the amounts will be made within 14 days at most from the date on which the consumer is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, sent by the seller (Art. 13, points 1, 2, 3 and 4). Return requests will be resolved within 14 days from the date of submission of the necessary documents to our headquarters or work point (contact information) and must include the following documents: Request for unilateral termination of the contract, with full details of the person making the termination, signed and dated, data about the returned product and the reason for the return; the original invoice, the original warranty certificate (where applicable) and a copy of the identity card of the person who appears on the invoice as the beneficiary.
