What is the delivery time?
- The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
- In the case of 'pre-order' type products, the term can be 2-4 working days.
- products in external warehouses (outside Romania) have a term of 4-9 working days.
Orders placed until 12 o'clock, for which there is stock, will be mostly taught to the courier on the same day. Over 80% of the packages taught to the courier service are delivered the next day.

How can I follow my order?
With the confirmation of the order you will receive a link on an e-mail where you can view the status of your order on that page you can follow the status of your shipment by pressing the "Following" button. If this button is not visible then your order has not yet been handed over to the courier service.
After teaching the packages to the courier, you will receive in another email both the number of the AWB and the tracking link of the courier that will handle your order.
Delivery through Easybox
Some Alessandro Design products can also be delivered through Easybox, depending on their size. The products for which this option is available are explicitly marked on the product page with the following Badge:

What is the delivery policy?
1. Delivery throughout Romania:
- The cost of delivery is 21.99 lei for each order
- Orders with the total value greater than 400 lei benefit from free shipping
- For orders that require delivery in several separate packages, due to the different type of delivery for the order products, the transport fee for each order is charged, if the values of these orders do not exceed 400 lei.
2. Delivery in Bulgaria and Hungary:
- The cost of delivery is 35.99 lei
3. Delivery in Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia:
- The cost of delivery is 45.99 lei

4. The courier used for delivery is DPD or Sameday.
- After taking over the order, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of issuing the invoice and confirming the stocks in the warehouse.
- The reservation of the product is not done automatically with the placement of the order, because there is a risk that some products will suffer during handling in the warehouse.
- In exceptional situations, when the products are not available in stock, the maximum delivery time can reach 30 days. If within this term it is not possible to bring the products to stock and honor the order, it will be canceled automatically.
5. Products from other suppliers in the European Union:
- Some products available in our store come from suppliers from other countries in the European Union
- The long term is due to the international import and logistics process necessary to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of these products.
- These products are marked with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days (visible on the product page)

How do I change the delivery data?
You can change the delivery data by the following means:
- For the AWBs delivered by DPD, you will receive an SMS with your shipment link by accessing the shipment page you have the option to change the delivery data.
- For the AWBs delivered by Sameday, you can access the "Sameday App
- You can contact us by telephone at the support number 021.555.7252 or on WhatsApp at 0723.029.676 and a Alessandro Design representative will update your order delivery data.
What is an AWB?
In a parcel, you will find important documents that you should check. The most obvious of these is AWB (Air Waybill), which is attached to the parcel, on the outside. The AWB is an essential document that contains information about the transport of the parcel, such as details about the sender, beneficiary, the content of the parcel and delivery instructions. It serves as a proof of the transport contract and allows you to track the parcel status using the AWB number and the associated tracking codes. In addition, there may be a general instructions manual, which provides additional information about the parcel products or services and can be useful in the use process.
