Attention: This page refers to the return policy according to legal regulations. If you received a non-conforming product from an aesthetic point of view (broken, scratched, chipped, etc.), you have the obligation to notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of the products.
How can I access the return form?
Before filling out the form, please make sure that all the products you want to send for warranty or return are properly packed.
Once you have completed the form, it will be reviewed by the Alessandro Design team within 2 working days. You will be informed by e-mail with the details of the AWB for picking up or sending the products by / to you. If additional clarifications are needed, an Alessandro Design representative can contact you by phone or WhatsApp.

What are the costs for the return?
If you want to receive the value of the products (return), the following policy will apply:
- If you give up the purchase of your products due to non-conformities of the product (eg: aesthetic defects, non-functional product or incompatible with the specifications) you will receive the full consideration (including the cost of transport).
- If you give up on purchasing your products due to some subjective reasons (eg: you don't like it, it doesn't fit or you simply don't want the product anymore) the shipping cost initially paid will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you benefited from free shipping (order over 400 RON), you will be charged the related shipping cost.
How can a product be returned?
- Pack the product properly for shipping, in the original box or in a hard cardboard box that will protect the product during shipping (include all accessories that came with the product)
- Fill out the return form, accessible here: return form
- Wait for the courier to arrive and hand over the products you want to return to him
- Your request will be resolved within 14 days of notification
Before returning the product, please pack it as well as possible (preferably in the original packaging) together with all the parts and accessories it came with. If you return the product for a refund, you must return the product as you received it (in the original packaging).
If the returned product is damaged, parts of the product are missing, the box is damaged (including when shellac / glue is applied directly over the box) a reduction will be made to the value that will be returned to the consumer with the cost of bringing the product to its original condition.
Which products are ineligible for return?
- Products that may endanger the health of the consumer: personal care products, hair brushes, toothbrushes, sterilizers, etc.
- Made-to-order products customized for a specific customer, etc.
- Consumable products: Products in the following categories are considered consumable and cannot be returned: Light bulbs, LED bulbs, Led strips, Ceramic cartridges, Gaskets and seals, Cartridges for water filters, Flexible connections, Shower heads, Handles for sanitary faucets.

Can I return a product purchased physically from the showroom?
Purchases made in the store do not benefit from the right of return (withdrawal from the contract) according to GEO 34/2014.
Can I return a product purchased through a commercial company?
Legal entities do not have the right of return, regardless of the method of purchase (online order, delivery or pickup from the store).
Can I return a product with missing parts?
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we will charge a return to original condition (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product to the customer at their expense. (Art. 14 point 3)
