How long is the warranty?

Most products have a 24-month warranty for individuals and 12 months for legal entities.

Resealed products have a 12-month warranty regardless of the type of customer.

How to use the remote control? What about the app?

1. Turn the chandelier off and on from the switch. Hold the button SETUP to connect the remote control.

2. If there is no SETUP button, move the remote control as close as possible to the product to catch the signal.

Careful: Do not act on the sensor during installation. Contact service in case of malfunctions.

What conditions must be met to receive a discount?

• The value of the order must be at least 5000 lei
• The products must not already be in the campaign

If the LED strip burns out, can we replace it at home?

Yes, most parts can be changed at home. For electrical interventions, we recommend calling an authorized electrician to avoid losing the warranty.

Delivery to other EU member states and VAT rates

Orders to individuals or legal entities in Romania are invoiced with 19% VAT.

EU orders:

• For companies paying VAT: VAT 0%
• For individuals or companies not paying VAT, the VAT of the respective country is applied:
• Bulgaria – 20%
• Hungary – 27%
• Greece – 24%
• Czech Republic – 21%
• Poland – 23%
• Slovakia – 20%
• Slovenia – 22%
• Croatia – 25%
