Condiții de Garanție

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is represented by a period of quality assurance that the manufacturer guarantees to the buyer. During the warranty, if the purchased product shows defects, it will be repaired on the spot, and if the repair is not possible, then the respective product is replaced with another one, without the buyer having to pay an additional amount.

The warranty of a product is established by the manufacturer, because he knows best the quality of the materials from which the product was made. Usually, each warranty covers the quality of the product, but also the labor required to repair it in case of failure.

A product warranty can be technical, also called commercial or conformity warranty.

In the technical warranty, the duration is set by the manufacturer and may contain the manufacturer's own conditions. Once accepted by customers, the guarantee becomes a contract and cannot be disavowed by the merchant.

The warranty of conformity is issued by the seller according to the laws in force and can be for a maximum of two years. In this warranty, the seller assures the buyer that the product sold conforms to the specifications he has promised to sell.

PF and PJ guarantee

In the case of PF (natural persons), the warranty of a product is two years, while for PJ (legal persons) the warranty is only one year.

How the guarantee was granted

The guarantee of a product is mandatory, based on the tax receipt and a guarantee certificate. This certificate will contain the following data about the product:

- product identification elements;

- average duration of use;

- the warranty period;

- the methods of ensuring the guarantee - maintenance, repair, replacement and the term of their realization, including the name and address of the seller and of the specialized service unit.

In this certificate there are also various mentions regarding the rights of the consumer conferred by law and it is certified that these rights are not affected by the respective guarantee.
