The complete guide to returning unsealed products and making your return hassle-free
One of our top priorities is to ensure that all our customers are happy with the products they purchase. We understand that there are times when you may change your mind about a product, even after you have opened it. We are dedicated to creating a simple and efficient process for returning unopened products, so that we can ensure that your experience with us is as pleasant as possible.
1. Our return policy:
We understand that sometimes unsealed products do not suit your needs or expectations. That is why we offer a flexible return policy, where you can return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it. Regardless of the reason for returning an unsealed product, we ensure that the process is quick and hassle-free.
2. Contact our support center:
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support center. You can call us at 0215557252 or send us a message via Whatsapp messaging service at 0723029676. Our team will be ready to help and provide assistance throughout the return process.
3. Provide the required information:
In order to process your return efficiently, it is important that you provide the necessary information. Please make sure you have your order number or the phone number you used to place your order, as well as the product, fully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box, ready to be shipped back. This information will help us quickly identify your order in the system.
4. Return and packaging process:
One of our requirements for unsealed products is that they be returned in good condition and fully functional. It is important to pack the product properly to prevent damage during shipping. Make sure the product is protected against possible scratches or damage. We recommend using the original packaging or similar packaging that provides adequate protection (preferably hard cardboard and bubble wrap). Alessandro Design is not responsible for products damaged during shipping and we will therefore not be able to process the return.
5. Product verification and refund:
Once the product reaches us, our team will check its condition. If the product is in accordance with our return policy, you will receive your refund as soon as possible (3-14 days to the IBAN account provided in writing on Whatsapp).
At Alessandro Design, we want you to have a satisfying experience with our products and we understand that there are times when you change your mind about an unsealed product. With our return policy and simple return process, we ensure that you have the freedom to make the right choice for you. If you have ordered multiple products of the same model, you are only allowed to unseal one if you wish to return all the products ordered. If you have unsealed multiple products, we will only be able to process your return for one unsealed product and the others that were not unsealed.
*The IBAN account is only transmitted in writing, it is preferable to provide us with the IBAN account via the Whatsapp application.
Also, products that you send to us with missing parts will lead to a reduction in the amount refunded. Other procedures may also lead to a reduction, such as:
- Cutting the dimmer, the white chandelier transformer
- Installation of the product by an unauthorized person resulting in its failure
- Unsealing consumable accessories (e.g. batteries, cleaning products, candles, etc.)
- Unsealing products that can no longer be used for hygiene reasons (helmets, care devices, etc.)
