National Delivery

Our online store delivery policy is designed to ensure that your desired products reach you in the shortest possible time and in perfect condition. We want to provide you with a pleasant and hassle-free experience, so we have implemented the following policies and procedures:

1. Delivery throughout Romania: We ensure that we can deliver our products throughout the country to satisfy your online shopping needs. Regardless of your location, you can place an order and we will deliver your products wherever you want.

2. Shipping Cost: For each order placed, a shipping fee of 21.99 lei is charged. However, for orders with a total value greater than 400 lei, you benefit from free shipping. This means that you can save money and benefit from free shipping for larger orders.

3. Delivery in several separate packages: In some cases, orders may require delivery in several separate packages. This may be necessary due to the different delivery type for the products in the order. If the total value of these orders does not exceed 400 lei, the shipping fee will be charged for each order separately.

4. The courier used for delivery is DPD: To ensure that your products arrive safely and in the shortest possible time, we collaborate with the DPD courier service.

5. Estimated delivery time: After taking the order, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of invoice issuance and confirmation of stocks in the warehouse. This includes order processing, product packaging and delivery via DPD courier.

6. Product Reservation: Please note that the product reservation is not done automatically when you place your order. This is due to the risk that some products may be damaged during handling in the warehouse. However, we assure you that we will do our best to ensure the availability of the products you ordered and to deliver them in the shortest possible time.

7. Maximum delivery time: In exceptional cases, when the products are not available in stock, the maximum delivery time may reach 30 days. If it is not possible to bring the products into stock and fulfill the order within this period, it will be automatically canceled. If this happens, you will be promptly notified and you will have the opportunity to choose alternatives or receive a refund of the amount paid.

8. Products marked as pre-order: Some products are in stock with the supplier and must be confirmed with them before shipping. Confirmation with the supplier may increase the normal delivery time from 1-3 business days to 2-5 business days. We strive to keep you informed of the latest availability and delivery times for products marked as pre-order.

9. Products from other suppliers in the European Union: In order to offer you a diverse range of products, some of the items available in our store come from suppliers in other countries in the European Union. These products are marked with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. The longer term is due to the import process and international logistics required to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of these products.

Please note that we make every effort to meet the stated delivery times and to provide you with the best service. Should delays or other unexpected issues arise, we will promptly inform you and make every effort to remedy the situation.
