Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How can I keep the warranty?

Answer:

🛡️ We offer a **24-month warranty** for individuals, including products that develop stains during this period.

⚠ **Warning!** To benefit from the warranty, **the plug must not be cut**. If it is modified, the warranty is lost.

How do I adjust the clock? (for those provided with a clock)

Answer:

  1. 🔘 Press and hold the defogger button for 2-3 seconds to enter the clock setting menu.
  2. ⏱️ Press the clear button to change the time.
  3. ⏳ Wait 2-3 seconds to switch to setting the minutes.
  4. 🕒 Press the defog button again to select the desired minute.

How do I adjust the light intensity? (for dimmable ones)

Answer:

  • ✋ Hold your hand in front of the sensor to start adjusting the light intensity.
  • 🔄 The hand covers the sensor, and the light will start to adjust (depending on the model, it can increase or decrease).
  • ⬇️ Remove your hand and place it again in front of the sensor to reverse the direction of light adjustment.
  • 🔁 Repeat the steps to adjust the light in the desired direction.

How does the cosmetic magnifier work?

Answer:

Mirrors with "cosmetic magnifier" in the title have a zoom effect on the cosmetic magnifier, providing magnification for precise details. The ones that don't have "cosmetic magnifier" in the title are just decorative, without a magnifying function.

What happens if I receive a broken mirror?
